and present
was her God
and figures of speech
does not live here.
The Omnipotent
DID
went down
to a young woman's womb
to become a prisoner
of time and space
of flesh and blood;
He became a slave of
the world He made
by His own hands, yet
lived without sin.
The King of Kings
subjected Himself
to a spotless woman
in order to take
the form of a spotless
Man
destined to redeem Adam
from the curse of death
and restore unto him
life.
